Kenny Guiton Beginning To Snap Ball By Clapping Sarcastically
COLUMBUS, OH – According to reports out of Ohio State’s Monday practice, backup quarterback Kenny Guiton has begun to signal the snap count by clapping — like normal — but with a much more sarcastic tone.
“Yeah great job guys. I’m not wasting my time here at all,” said Guiton as he directed his players and lined up in the pistol formation for a read option play. “Iso right…I totally shouldn’t be a starter somewhere…315 scramble…I’m happy here…niner niner,” continued Guiton as he adjusted the play call. The star player who doesn’t play at all then slowly, and very sarcastically, clapped three times in sardonic applause of his situation before the ball was snapped.
Guiton, who is perhaps the best passer on the team with the longest active winning streak in the NCAA, then bitterly faked the pitch to running back Rod Smith before rushing 14 yards for a very ironic first down.
